The membership is access done right, not a discount on cards. The membership gets you sourcing English-language and Japanese-language product direct from distributors, verifying factory shrink before anything ships, and giving you the right to buy up to 12 boxes a year, including Japanese-language boxes that are genuinely hard to source authentically. I make nothing on the product.
If you buy 2-3 boxes a year, you’re paying for clean access, verification, zero fees on every order, and the written guarantee. The boxes cost market either way; the club is how you get the right ones without the hassle.

Q.02How is the price set?
Every box shows the live market price, and a link to see the market on TCGPlayer sits next to it. Shipping is free in the US, and you never pay buyer fees or a marketplace cut. I make nothing on the product.
When the market moves, the price moves with it. Prices refresh daily.
Q.03How does shipping work?
Operations run through a US-based third-party logistics partner. Factory shrink is verified before the box leaves the warehouse and packaging is sized to protect the seal.
In-stock drops ship as soon as they’re packed and verified. JP pre-orders ship once the supplier batch lands at the warehouse and clears customs. Supplier lead times shift, so I don’t commit to hard turnaround dates.

Q.04What if a box arrives damaged or wrong?
Email max@moonstonetcg.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the box as delivered (shipping label + factory shrink state visible) and your order number. Resolution is at my reasonable discretion: replacement when supply allows, store credit, or refund of the affected line item.
Covered: arrival damage, broken or missing factory shrink, wrong SKU, lost-in-transit (after 14 days from ship confirmation).
Not covered: pull rates, buyer’s remorse, damage discovered after opening, claims past the 48-hour window, theft after carrier delivery confirmation, or consequential losses.

Q.05What’s the difference between monthly and annual?
Annual is $499 a year: buy up to 12 boxes a year across the full catalog, limited drops included. Monthly is $59 a month: preorders only, one box per calendar month. No limited drops; those and the in-stock catalog need annual.
Both tiers are members. Same commitments, same founder-led support, same brand promise. The difference is payment cadence and box allocation, not membership quality.
Q.06Can I upgrade from monthly to annual?
Yes, within 90 days of joining monthly. Paid monthly payments credit toward the $499 annual rate.
Q.07What happens if I don’t use my monthly box?
Monthly is one box per calendar month, no rollover. If you know some months you’ll want more than one box, annual is the better fit at 12 per year.
