Q.01How is the price set?
You pay landed cost. That’s the supplier price plus the tariff and freight to bring it stateside. $0 Moon Stone markup, proof on request. The membership covers everything else: US shipping to your door, fulfillment, customer service, and the cost of running the operation.
When supplier prices drop, so does the price on the next order. If you ever want proof, ask. I’ll send the supplier receipt with the supplier identity redacted.
Q.02How does shipping work?
Operations run through a US-based third-party logistics partner. Factory shrink is verified before the box leaves the warehouse and packaging is sized to protect the seal.
In-stock drops ship as soon as they’re packed and verified. JP pre-orders ship once the supplier batch lands at the warehouse and clears customs. Supplier lead times shift, so I don’t commit to hard turnaround dates.

Q.03What if I only buy 2-3 boxes a year? Is it worth $499?
The membership is a relationship, not a discount on cards. The dues fund the operation that gives you direct-distributor sourcing from US and Japan, one operator answering your email, free US shipping on every order, and a written replacement policy.
If you buy 2-3 high-value boxes a year (JP Mega Expansion, Black Bolt, Prismatic-tier sets), the landed-cost savings vs. marketplace + ship on those orders often clears most of the dues by itself. If you buy fewer, you’re paying for the relationship and the guarantee, not for cards-per-dollar arithmetic.
$499 founding rate is locked at $499 as long as you renew, so the math only gets better the longer you stay.
Q.04What if a box arrives damaged or wrong?
Email max@moonstonetcg.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the box as delivered (shipping label + factory shrink state visible) and your order number. Resolution is at my reasonable discretion: replacement when supply allows, store credit, or refund of the affected line item.
Covered: arrival damage, broken or missing factory shrink, wrong SKU, lost-in-transit (after 14 days from ship confirmation).
Not covered: pull rates, buyer’s remorse, damage discovered after opening, claims past the 48-hour window, theft after carrier delivery confirmation, or consequential losses.
