Returns
Sealed product is final sale once it leaves intact. Coverage for damage, missing shrink, wrong SKU, lost-in-transit, and pre-order supplier failures lives on the replacement policy page. That document is the canonical text; this page is the quick read.
What is covered
- Shipping damage visible at delivery (photo required).
- Factory shrink broken or missing at delivery.
- Wrong SKU shipped.
- Order lost in transit after 14 days from ship confirmation.
What is not covered
- Pull rates or anything about the cards inside the seal. A sealed box is a sealed box.
- Buyer's remorse, change of mind, or secondary-market price moves after purchase.
- Damage discovered after the box has been opened or transferred.
- Claims without a timely photograph at delivery.
How to make a claim
Email max@moonstonetcg.com within 48 hours of delivery with the order number and a photo of the box as delivered. I'll resolve fast: replacement, store credit, or refund of the affected line item, whichever I can deliver fastest.
Membership refund
Cancel within 30 days of joining and I refund the membership in full, as long as no product order has been placed. After 30 days or after your first order, the membership runs through the end of the paid annual period and then does not renew. Cancel anytime from your dashboard before the next renewal.
Authenticity
Japanese sealed sourced through licensed wholesale in Tokyo. US sealed sourced through authorized distributors. Every box factory sealed, never resealed, never tampered. If you suspect otherwise, email me immediately.
