Free US shipping on every member order, every time. The $499/yr membership covers it.

Annual cap

Members can buy up to 12 units per year (resets at renewal). No cart minimum. Drop SKUs cap at 2/SKU/month so allocations stay fair; evergreen catalog SKUs have no per-order limit beyond the 12-unit annual total.

How fast it ships

In-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days of payment clearing. Pre-orders ship when the supplier batch lands and clears US customs. High-volume windows (new set launches) can add a day or two. If a specific order is taking longer than expected, email me; I read everything.

Where it ships from

I source and verify every order; fulfillment runs through a US third-party logistics partner so packaging and tracking are tight even when I'm asleep. Every box leaves factory-sealed and is photographed before shipout.

Tracking

You get a tracking email the moment the carrier scans the parcel.

Shipping area

US addresses only. International isn't viable at this scale yet; if that changes I'll email active members ahead of the rollout.

Lost or damaged in transit

Coverage and claim windows for damage, missing shrink, wrong SKU, and lost-in-transit live on the replacement policy page. The short version: photo at delivery, email within 48 hours, I replace, credit, or refund the affected line item.
