Buy a sealed box and choose to ship it or store it. Storing is free while your membership is active, and any stored box ships home whenever you want.
What does it cost to store a box?
Nothing. There are no storage fees.
Whose box is it while it is stored?
The box is yours. Title to every stored box stays with you, the member, the whole time it is in storage. Moon Stone holds it as a custodian providing storage as a service; storing a box is not a sale to Moon Stone and not a deposit.
How do I get a stored box back?
Ship it home whenever you want. Withdrawing a stored box uses free U.S. shipping, signature required, with tracking. It uses no membership unit, because the unit was used when you bought the box.
How is my box held?
Sealed. Stored boxes are pooled by exact product: same SKU, same edition, same language, same product configuration, same condition class. Your storage entry entitles you to a conforming sealed unit from that exact pool, and every open storage entry is backed one-for-one by a physical unit in that pool.
What happens to stored boxes if I cancel?
Everything ships home. After you request cancellation you get a short window to confirm or update your shipping address. Then all of your stored boxes ship together in one shipment, with free U.S. shipping, signature required, and tracking.
