What is Moon Stone?
Moon Stone is a membership-based Pokémon TCG store. Members pay $499/yr and get the right to buy sealed Pokémon TCG product at landed cost, with US shipping included on every order. Zero Moon Stone markup. No bots. No scramble. Think Costco, but online and for Pokémon cards.
What if a product sells out?
The catalog is short by design. Units sell through and are batched into supplier pre-orders; if something is listed as PRE-ORDER, your card is not charged until the batch ships. Email me at max@moonstonetcg.com if you want a heads up when a specific SKU is back. No drops, no scrambles.
Are there purchase limits?
Yes. Two units per SKU per member. One account per household. This keeps the catalog accessible to everyone, not just the fastest clicker.
Is there an order minimum?
Yes. Orders must be at least $50 to check out. The minimum keeps small orders from running at a loss on packing and shipping. Most single booster boxes and ETBs already clear the threshold on their own.
How does shipping work?
Orders over $100 ship free within the US. Orders between $50 and $100 ship for a flat $5.99. Sealed, protected, and trackable. I aim to ship promptly after the card clears, and pre-orders ship as supplier batches arrive.
What if something arrives wrong?
All sealed product is guaranteed authentic and factory sealed. If a box arrives damaged, broken-shrink, or wrong, email me at max@moonstonetcg.com with a photo and your order number and I’ll make it right. Pull rates and buyer’s remorse aren’t covered. I don’t accept returns on undamaged sealed product once it’s left in good condition.
Is all product guaranteed authentic?
Yes. Japanese sealed sourced direct from Tokyo wholesale. US sealed sourced through wholesale suppliers. Every box factory sealed, never resealed, never tampered. I don’t touch secondary market product or buy from random sellers.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. If you cancel within 30 days and haven’t placed an order, I’ll refund your membership fee in full. Once you’ve placed an order, your membership is active through the end of your annual period. Memberships auto-renew annually at the prevailing standard rate; members lock the $499/yr rate as long as they renew. Cancel any time from your membership dashboard before the renewal date.
How is this different from buying on eBay?
eBay sellers are resellers. They buy product and price to cover their margin. I buy wholesale direct and price at landed cost. My operating costs are covered by your membership fee, not by product markup. The result: you pay near-cost prices on sealed product, and every supplier saving I unlock flows back to your invoice.
