Moon Stone Affiliate Program — Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your participation in the Moon Stone affiliate program. Moon Stone is operated by 500 PLUS, LLC (Delaware), 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713. Questions: max@moonstonetcg.com. By applying to or taking part in the program, you agree to these terms.

1. Joining the program

Applications are reviewed manually. We may approve or decline any application, and we may suspend or remove any affiliate, at our discretion and at any time. You must be at least 18 and provide accurate account and payout information.

2. What earns a commission

You earn a commission only on a qualifying new Moon Stone membership purchased through your referral link or otherwise attributed to you by the program's tracking. Sealed boxes, single cards, and other catalog or shop orders do not earn a commission. Your current commission rate is shown in your affiliate dashboard. Commissions are calculated on the membership subtotal, excluding shipping, taxes, and discounts.

3. Tracking and attribution

Attribution uses the program's referral links and last-click cookies; the current cookie window is shown in your dashboard. One commission is paid per qualifying sale, and we do not pay twice for the same order.

4. Holding period, reversals, and payouts

Commissions are held as pending for a clearing period before they become eligible for payout, to cover refunds, cancellations, failed renewals, and chargebacks. If a referred sale is refunded, cancelled, charged back, or otherwise reversed, the related commission is reversed. Payouts are made by PayPal once your cleared balance reaches the minimum shown in your dashboard. You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings and for the accuracy of your payout details.

5. No self-referral

You may not earn a commission on your own purchases or join a membership through your own referral link. Self-referred orders do not earn a commission.

6. How you may promote Moon Stone

You agree to promote Moon Stone honestly and lawfully. You will not: run paid search or social ads that bid on "Moon Stone," "Moon Stone TCG," or confusingly similar terms, or that imply you are Moon Stone; use spam, unsolicited email, misleading claims, fake reviews, cookie stuffing, or incentivized or forced clicks; operate primarily as a coupon, cashback, or deal site without our written approval; or misrepresent the pricing, the membership, or the product.

7. Required disclosure (FTC)

Wherever you promote Moon Stone, you must clearly and conspicuously disclose that you earn a commission, as required by the U.S. FTC endorsement guidelines — for example, "I earn a commission if you join through my link."

8. Intellectual property

"Moon Stone," the Moon Stone visual identity, and all original site copy are property of 500 PLUS, LLC. We grant you a limited, revocable license to use our approved names and creatives only to promote the program. Pokémon, the Pokémon TCG, and related names and logos are trademarks of Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK Inc., and The Pokémon Company. Moon Stone is a third-party retailer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by them, and you must not imply otherwise.

9. Privacy

We handle your affiliate data (name, email, and payout details) in line with our Privacy Policy: https://moonstonetcg.com/pages/privacy.

10. Termination

Either of us may end your participation at any time. On termination, your right to use our names and creatives ends immediately. Cleared commissions earned before termination remain payable, unless the underlying sales are reversed or the termination is for fraud, abuse, or breach of these terms.

11. No guarantee; liability

The program is provided "as is." We do not guarantee any minimum earnings, traffic, or uptime. To the extent allowed by law, 500 PLUS, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability to you is limited to the commissions payable to you.

12. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here, and continued participation means you accept them. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, and disputes are brought in state or federal court in Delaware. Email max@moonstonetcg.com first — most things resolve in one exchange.
