What happens right after I pay?
You get a confirmation email and immediate access to the catalog at landed-cost pricing. The membership renews automatically every year on the date you joined. You can cancel any time from your account dashboard.
Are there any caps or limits?
Yes, two structural limits: 12 units per year across the whole catalog (resets January 1) and 2 units max per single SKU per month. The caps make the math safe at the founding rate. They also exist so the catalog stays fair to the rest of the membership.
What if I never use it?
Cancel within 30 days for a full refund, no orders required. After 30 days the membership runs through the year. You can also pause communication and just renew when you’re ready to come back.
