Moon Stone TCG - Terms of Service

Moon Stone TCG is operated by 500 PLUS, LLC ("Moon Stone"). By accessing or using moonstonetcg.com and purchasing a membership or products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Membership

• Moon Stone is a membership-based store. You must hold an active membership to purchase products.
• Memberships are priced at $499/yr. Members keep their rate as long as they renew.
• Memberships auto-renew annually at the prevailing rate on each anniversary, unless cancelled before the renewal date. Members lock the $499/yr rate as long as they continuously renew. The standard rate may change over time. Cancel any time from your membership dashboard.
• One account per household. Duplicate accounts may be cancelled.

Cancellation and Refunds

• If you cancel within 30 days of purchase and have not placed any product orders, you are eligible for a full refund of your membership fee.
• Once you have placed an order, or after 30 days (whichever comes first), your membership is non-refundable and remains active through the end of your annual period.

Orders

• A minimum order of $50 is required. Orders below this threshold cannot be processed at checkout.
• Pricing is set at landed cost (supplier price plus applicable US import tariff plus international freight) with zero Moon Stone markup. Prices change as supplier costs, tariffs, and freight rates change. When supplier costs go down, the new price shows up on your next invoice.

Purchase Limits

• Products are limited to 2 units per SKU per member.
• These limits exist to ensure fair access for all members. Attempts to circumvent purchase limits (multiple accounts, proxy purchasing, etc.) may result in membership cancellation without refund.

Product Authenticity

• Japanese sealed product is sourced direct from Tokyo wholesalers; US sealed product is sourced through wholesale suppliers.
• All products are factory sealed and have never been opened, resealed, or tampered with.
• All products are priced at landed cost with zero Moon Stone markup; membership funds the operation.

Shipping

• Orders over $100 ship free within the United States.
• Orders between $50 and $100 ship for a flat rate of $5.99.
• Currently shipping to US addresses only.
• Orders ship after the card clears and the items have been packed and verified. Pre-orders ship as supplier batches arrive.

Returns and Damaged Orders

• If a box arrives damaged, broken-shrink, or wrong, contact me at max@moonstonetcg.com with a photo and your order number and I’ll make it right.
• Pull rates and buyer’s remorse are not covered. A sealed box is a sealed box, not a guarantee about the cards inside.
• I do not accept returns on undamaged sealed product.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it. Do not share your login credentials.

Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Members will be notified of material changes via email. Continued use of Moon Stone after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
