Return Policy

Damaged or Wrong Orders

If a box arrives damaged, broken-shrink, or wrong, email max@moonstonetcg.com with a photo and your order number and I’ll make it right. There is no escalation chain past me, so the answer comes back fast.

What’s covered

  • Visible damage to the outer carton on arrival, with photos at delivery.
  • Factory shrink arrived broken or missing.
  • Wrong set or SKU shipped.

What isn’t covered

  • Pull rates and what came out of the box. A sealed box is a sealed box, not a guarantee about the cards inside.
  • Damage that happened after the box was opened.
  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind after ordering.
  • Claims without a photo at delivery showing the issue.

Sealed Product

I do not accept returns on undamaged sealed product. Once your order leaves in good condition, it is yours.

Authenticity

Japanese sealed sourced direct from Tokyo wholesale. US sealed sourced through wholesale suppliers. Every box factory sealed, never resealed, never tampered. If you believe you have received a product that does not meet this standard, contact me immediately and I’ll make it right.

Membership Refunds

Membership fees are refundable within 30 days of purchase if no product orders have been placed. Once you have placed an order, or after 30 days (whichever comes first), the membership fee is non-refundable. Your membership remains active through the end of your annual period.
